Your guide to voting in the 2016 General Election.

Anyone registered can vote in the 2016 General Election. You do not have to prove your party in the General Election.

Election Day is November 8 from 6am to 6pm.


In order to cast your vote you must be:

Registered- Check your status here.

Bring a state-issued photo ID that has an expiration date.

Your voting process is changing this year. You now can vote at any of the 15 new Vote Center locations. You no longer are assigned a single location. You can choose one that best works for you.

The 15 locations are listed below.

  • Chapel Hill Church

  • Eastern High School Performing Arts Center
  • First Assembly Church of God
  • Good Shepherd Church

  • Indiana Wesleyan University

  • UAW 685
  • Kokomo High School

  • Maple Crest Middle School

  • Northwestern High School

  • Russiaville Lions Club

  • Kokomo Senior Citizens Center

  • Kokomo-Howard County Public Library South Branch

  • Sycamore Elementary School

  • Titan Annex Facility (Taylor High School)

Early Voting

You can early vote in the primary by going to the Howard County Government Center. 120 E Mulberry St, Kokomo, IN 46901

Wednesday October 12 - Friday November 4 from 8am-4pm

Saturday October 29 and November 5 from 8am-3pm

Monday November 7 from 8am-12pm

You WILL need to bring a State Issued Photo ID.
